I'm a New Member, and I'm in the AuxDirectory. Why doesn't the AUXLMS recognize me?

The AUXLMS (https://auxlearning.uscg.mil) is a Coast Guard (not Auxiliary) controlled site.

The Coast Guard adds New Members in batches, usually every week, or so.

Our AUXLMS "Username" is our primary email address in the Auxiliary's information system of record, AUXDATA.

You can tell if you're in the AUXLMS by going to the log-in page and choosing, "I forgot my password".

Please note that the USCG does NOT update AUXLMS email addresses automatically.  If you email has changed (even to correct a typo), you need to open a Help Desk ticket and request an AUXLMS email update..

If more than a couple weeks has elapsed, and you are still not included in the AUXLMS, check with your FSO-IS, or the AuxDirectory, to ensure that your email address is entered into AUXDATA and correct.  If so, submit a ticket (use the T-Training Form and select AUXLMS).
