At what rank is one placed when they joining the Auxiliary? Does prior Military experience and College degree factor in?

Auxiliarists don't have rank as you're accustomed to it.  They hold office, and wear insignia according to the office.

All Auxiliarists enter at the level, that of Member.  Prior Military and College Degree are not pre-disposing factors in either membership nor progression up the levels of elected or appointed office.
