Is the Blue Utility Jacket authorized for wear with the ODU?

Many Auxiliarists have purchased the discontinued “Blue Utility Jacket” (Jacket, Utility, Unisex per label) from ShopAuxiliary for $10.

These discontinued jackets MAY be worn with the Tucked ODU until no longer serviceable.

They may NOT be worn with the newer Untucked ODU.  Only the Foul Weather Parka is the only prescribed outerwear with the Untucked ODU uniform. (The trench coat, windbreaker, and work jacket may be worn with the ODU until 31 December 2012.)
