Where is the APC course text? Not the student and instructor guides - the text book?

The Auxiliary Administrative Procedures Course (APC) is an overview of the Auxiliary Manual, COMDTINST M16790.1 (series) that will serve as a foundation for the information needed for the elected officers at the flotilla and division levels. The course is designed to be given over four lessons. The Auxiliary Manual is the sole text for the course.
