My National Testing Center (NTC) Test Scores Show Up in AuxOfficer/AuxDirectory, but Not in AuxData

After you successfully pass an online test at the Auxiliary's National Testing Center site (NTC), your test completion will be immediately available in AuxOfficer/AuxDirectory if you visit your own member record. This is because AuxOfficer draws these results directly from the NTC database.

However, it may take at least a week before the same results appear in AuxData, depending on when you took the test.  Test results are only uploaded from NTC to AuxData weekly.  Two (2) weeks delay is a worst-case estimate, based upon the most unfavorable timing of these two events.

If, after a month, your test scores have not appeared in AUXDATA, submit a help desk ticket in the Training/National Testing Center (NTC) category, giving very specific information: Name of test, date taken, text showing in AuxDirectory, your name and member ID, etc.
