Which Public Affairs mission activity codes count towards the RBS insignia?

Per the RBS criteria dated 22 January 2010, http://bdept.cgaux.org/pdf/RBSDeviceAwardCriteria2010-01-22.pdf, the categories 10B (Speech/Talks), 10C (Broadcast Media), 10F (External Print Media), and 10J (Community Relations) are the Public Affairs Missions that count towards earning points for the RBS device.
