During an AUX04 class, I took a course concerning e-mail and password security issues, discouraging e-mail forwarding. Are there any policies or recommendations about this, specifically about including Auxiliary and personal email contacts in forwards?

There is no policy per se, but it would be advisable to inform your fellow Auxiliarists that if they are forwarding or sending email to a list of people, to use the BCC feature.

This not only reduces the size of the email, but protects those who do not want their email address to become "public".
