I have not received my second and third Sustained Aux. Service Awards yet.

Verify that the hours necessary to earn the awards have been recorded in the Auxiliary's information system, AUXDATA, or by consulting with your flotilla's Information Services Officer (FSO-IS).  Your FSO-IS can assist with any corrections that are required.

If you're still concerned that the awards have been overlooked, contact your District/Region's DIRAUX office via the Chain of Leadership and Management (COLM), beginning with your Flotilla Commander.
