Can Active Duty PQS Be Entered In AUXDATA?

"While augmenting with the Prevention Department of the local Sector I qualified for an active duty PQS and letter of designation from the Sector Commander. How do I get an active duty PQS entered in AUXDATA?"

If an Auxiliarist completes an active duty PQS , the record of such can and should be entered by the Coast Guard command into the Coast Guard's Training Management Tool (TMT) information system.  AUXDATA is set up only to capture Auxiliary program-related training qualifications (e.g. - Auxiliary Trident program qualifications).  Active duty training qualifications are captured in TMT.  You should also submit a hard copy of your letter of designation to your Director of Auxiliary office so that it can be included in your service file maintained there.
